Our custom fabrication cutting services use a variety of systems to handle a wide range of materials and project needs. We operate two 4kW CO₂ lasers with automated load and unload capabilities, along with plasma cutters, shears, and saws. These tools allow us to cut different shapes from various metals, including carbon steel up to 1 inch thick, stainless steel up to 3/8 inch, and aluminum up to 1/4 inch.
Cutting is often the first step before materials move on to other stages of fabrication, helping take raw stock and size it down to workable size and geometry. Being ISO 9001:2015 certified supports consistent work by requiring traceability of raw materials and ensuring we follow the latest updates and standards across all of our operations.
